My stay at the hotel was a mix of pleasant surprises and a few disappointments. The rooms were lovely, clean, and well taken care of, but unfortunately, I encountered a broken bed during my visit. The service was a combination of unprofessional behavior from some staff members goofing off in the office instead of attending to customers, but the housekeeping team was exceptional in their professionalism and attentiveness. The location was great, especially considering the price, although there were some discrepancies with pricing at check-in. The dining experience was enjoyable, with courteous staff making me feel like family, especially Rose, the front desk receptionist. The facilities met my expectations, with everything well-maintained and in good condition.
